Pool technician skimming a luxury pool

Our Services

Cleaning & Care

Keep your water clear, safe, and ready to enjoy. Weekly skimming, brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and equipment checks — the same disciplined approach we ran in Houston for 15+ years.

Your pool doesn't take days off — and in Nashville's climate, neither should your cleaning routine.

Between the humidity that turns still water into an algae incubator, pollen that coats everything from March through May, and summer storms that dump debris overnight, Nashville pools need consistent, hands-on care to stay clear and swimmable.

We built our cleaning program around what we learned running routes for 15+ years in Houston — one of the most demanding pool climates in the country. Nashville's summers are similar: hot, humid, and unforgiving if you skip a week.

What's Included

Surface Skimming & Debris Removal

We remove leaves, pollen, bugs, and organic debris before it sinks and starts feeding algae. In neighborhoods like Belle Meade and Green Hills where mature trees overhang pools, skimming is the difference between clear water and a green mess by Wednesday.

Wall & Step Brushing

Algae doesn't just float — it clings to surfaces, especially in corners, behind ladders, along the tile line, and on tanning ledges. We brush every surface weekly so biofilm and algae spores can't get a foothold in your plaster, pebble, or tile finish.

Vacuuming

Even if you have an automatic cleaner (Polaris, Pentair, Hayward — we work with them all), manual vacuuming catches what robots miss: fine sediment in corners, steps, and along walls. In tree-heavy areas like Franklin and Brentwood, this is especially important.

Basket & Filter Maintenance

Clogged skimmer and pump baskets reduce water flow, strain your pump motor, and can cut your equipment's lifespan in half. We empty baskets every visit and monitor filter pressure so you're not replacing a $1,200–$2,500 pump because a $2 basket wasn't emptied.

Chemical Testing & Balancing

This is where experience matters most. We test pH, free chlorine, alkalinity, CYA (stabilizer), and calcium hardness. We like pH at 7.4 for Nashville's water profile, and we watch CYA closely because Middle Tennessee's intense summer sun burns through chlorine fast. Some parts of Williamson County deal with harder water that can scale up salt cells and heaters if nobody's watching.

Equipment Inspection

Every visit includes a quick check of your pump, heater, salt cell, valves, and automation for leaks, air in the basket, unusual noises, and error codes. Catching a small drip on a pump seal in May saves you from a burned-out pump in August when every pool company is booked solid.

Why Nashville Pools Need Professional Cleaning

Nashville consistently ranks among the worst U.S. cities for pollen. Our summer humidity accelerates algae growth faster than most regions. And our storm patterns — sudden afternoon thunderstorms that dump branches, leaves, and dirt into pools — mean your pool chemistry can shift overnight.

Most DIY pool owners we've talked to since moving here are either over-chlorinating (which actually makes the problem worse when CYA gets too high) or under-brushing (which is why "mysterious" algae keeps coming back). Professional weekly service keeps everything in rhythm so small issues never become expensive problems.

Your pool doesn't take days off — and in Nashville's climate, neither should your cleaning routine.
