Pool Club membership is available to active Trident service clients in the Nashville metro area. If you’re not yet a client, any service — a one-time repair, pool opening, or equipment install — qualifies you. Pool Club Pro requires an active annual maintenance contract.
Memberships are annual with simple, transparent terms. No hidden cancellation fees. We earn your renewal through service quality, not fine print.
Members receive contractor-level equipment pricing — a reduced markup on the same wholesale pricing we pay at Heritage and Pool Corp. The exact savings depend on the equipment, but on a typical pump, filter, or heater replacement, members save enough to cover a significant portion (or all) of the annual membership fee. We’re happy to show you specific pricing during your consultation.
During peak summer months (June–August), standard service calls can take 1–2 weeks to schedule. Pool Club members get guaranteed 48-hour response. Pool Club Pro members get 24-hour response for urgent equipment failures, leaks, or safety issues.
Yes. If you sign an annual maintenance contract at any point during your membership year, you can upgrade to Pro and we’ll credit your Pool Club fee toward the Pro rate.
